Sangiovese, Merlot and Syrah. When the vintage is good, we make the Riserva. Warm and complex, is a persistent wine, with smell of flowers and red ripe fruits. Try it with stuffed pigeon, guinea fowl with sage, or pasta with wild boar ragu.
